 The relevance of the problem recurrent respiratory diseases in children with severe neurological pathology is due to high frequency, severity clinical symptoms and protracted nature their exacerbations, as well tendency chronicity pathological process.
 aim research was study microbiota optimize antibacterial therapy diseases.
 Materials methods: 16 at repeated were examined. We used a microbiological examination upper tract using deep smear from oropharynx identify possible causative agent disease.
